Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actress and musician most well known for her roles in Tamil as well as Malayalam films. Annayum, Rasoolum marked her Malayalam and Tamil debut. She debuted in Tamil alongside Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah is from an Anglo-Indian family background. She was the daughter of a Madras High Court attorney. Her mother is the older sibling of the researcher assistant in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah, who was born in Chennai was a student at Chennai National Public School. He completed his studies at Women's Christian College. The woman has claimed that she was an avid geek and wanted to be psychiatrist when she passed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea learned classical piano when she was just eight. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style band she was a part of at the age of 10, was her foundation to sing and compose music. She was also a theatre student at her school and was a part of several stage plays organised in collaboration with The Madras Players and EVAM. She was president of The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her acting career by appearing in Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. She starred with Shiva as a leo coffee ad in 2006. The actress also appeared in a television show that was telecast on Podhigai. The actress has performed across India. She was briefly featured in Kanda Mudhal's finale (2005). She sang in a song to Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu. He asked her to join his lead female characters in Pachaikili Muthucharam. This film was a film adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed, with Andrea portraying Kalyani a homemaker whose husband engages in an affair, and then is blackmailed. Andrea was selected for the role following the actresses Simran Shobana and Tabu were approached. The film was released in the early part of 2010. In 2011, she accepted to have a supporting role in the film. Venkat Prabhu, who starred in Mankatha. Mankatha was released on August 11 in 2011. Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic flick in 2013.
